I figured I would upload another 10 min cooking school by Robert Rodriguez, Another Recipe I aspire to make one day. This is taken off the DVD “SIN CITY recut and extended” This dvd is a must have especially for aspiring filmmakers.
Yummyness! I would so like to be around there helping him or watching him while he cooks. And feed him with my own hands
this seems harder than puerco pibil. lol
The most difficult part of this recipe is making the tortillas….. he makes it look so easy BUT if you dont have a food mixer it can be a tortuous ordeal. If you have one then its not a problem but ….. boy oh boy, try making them by hand, you wouldn’t want to do this at 4:56 in the AM

@SaucisseMerguez What does a big kitchen have to do with cooking ability? And he didn’t grow up with all that stuff. It’s stuff he’s earned as he went along. Don’t hate. He’s worked incredibly hard to get where he is, and he isn’t greedy or ostentatious.
Made this last night and it was gooooood.
Too lazy to make the tortillas from scratch, though.

I don’t know why anyone who lives in Austin, TX would ever need to make tacos. They are available at all times of the day and night and for cheap!

i got a giant tortilla maker for my bf a few years ago and now we make these alllll the time. so frickin good! homemade tortillas are infinitely superior to storebought. thanks for the upload!

the way he edits it is why hes got the food network beat.(well,not the only reason)
all FN shows are basically the same format,
just a different person talking to the camera
RR puts it together different
he narrates instead of just talking to th camera and edits the potato,onion,tomato,and jalapeno choppingpart down to just a few seconds which would have taken like 3min on FN
